How do I begin? Just use our Contact Us page. We'll respond promptly. If you send details about your project or editing needs, we can answer your questions in our e-mail or give you a call to discuss your needs.

How quickly can I get my project back? That depends on the size of your project and our editing schedule. If your project has an immediate deadline, mention it in your e-mail and we will try to meet that deadline with our Express service. We will let you know if we can meet your deadline as soon as possible.

Can I set up an account with you to edit our corporate or personal projects, blog, website articles, or E-mails? Absolutely. We can set up an account for you and just deduct your projects from that account until it is depleted. We'll keep you apprised of your balance with a detailed invoice and let you know when it is time to refill your balance. Many of our clients prefer this type of account.

Can you provide a sample edit? Yes. Send us a page or two of your document; we will edit and proofread it and return it to you at no charge. This gives you a chance to review our editing style before committing.

Have you edited anything that has been published? Yes. Check out our brag book to see lists of books we've edited that have gone on to be published or e-mail us and ask for a list of references. 

Can you provide references? Yes. We can provide a list of clients who have volunteered to talk to anyone about the editing services offered by ReviewQueen. You are free to contact them directly. You can also check out our testimonials page to get a glimpse of how our customers feel about our services.
