How quickly can I get my project back?
That depends on the size of your project and our editing schedule. If your project has an immediate deadline, mention it in your E-mail and we will try to meet that deadline with our Express service. We will let you know if we can meet your deadline as soon as possible.
 

Can you provide a sample edit?
Yes. Send us a page or two of your document; we will edit and proofread it and return it to you at no charge. This gives you a chance to review our editing style before committing.

Do I have to pay up-front? Usually, yes. If you have a larger project or special situation, we can set up alternative payment options.

Have you edited anything that has been published? We have edited a wide variety of nonfiction books on finance, health, entertainment, spirituality, self-help, and autobiography. We also edit fiction and have edited sci-fi  and horror manuscripts and children's books. At your request, we can provide a list of published books we have edited.

Can you provide references?
Yes. We can provide a list of clients who have volunteered to talk to anyone about the editing services offered by ReviewQueen. You are free to contact them directly.

What if I have questions or problems after the review?
Your satisfaction is our goal. If there is anything about our work that you are unsatisfied with, we will correct it for no additional charge. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, however. Editing takes a substantial amount of time and no editor is perfect. If you find errors if your document, we will work with you to correct them to your satisfaction.  

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement if I provide it?
Yes. You must provide your own agreement. But even without such an agreement, all editing projects and the information contained within will be held in the strictest confidence.

Can I talk to you about my project?
Yes. We know that sometimes you just want to talk to a real person and we are happy to speak with you about your editing or proofreading needs. Include your phone number and the best time to call in your E-mail, and we will give you a call.
